River Merchant Capital Ltd is a Guernsey-based investment scheme incorporated in 2017 under the name of CIP Merchant Capital Ltd. Managed by River Investment Management Ltd, the aim of the Company is to generate alpha return for its shareholders through investments in both listed and non-listed equity, in different industries and market. In 2022 the Company has been taken over by Corporation Financière Européenne SA, a diversified financial group mainly focused in trade finance, structured finance and corporate advisory. Since then the Company was delisted and started a restructuring process, currently outstanding, aiming mainly at changing the governance, the management team, the investment policy.
